ABOUT // NICOLL GARRY

Nicoll Garry's passion for home improvement and design began at a very young age. Raised in a family of Chicago ironworkers who owned a steel fabrication company and one of the largest crane companies in Illinois, she was introduced to every facet of construction and development early on. After graduating from Arizona State University, Nicoll pursued a career as a real estate agent. Over the past 29 years, she has had the opportunity to work with residential and commercial buyers, sellers, and investors.

Nicoll ventured into the world of short-term rentals and Airbnb with her own properties, gradually building a clientele from guests who appreciated the design of her properties. She began assisting clients with remodeling their properties, including personal homes, apartments, rental units, and offices.

Her design philosophy combines functionality with aesthetics, ensuring that every space is not only beautiful but also practical. Nicoll's extensive background in construction and real estate gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to envision and execute projects that enhance both the form and function of a property.
